Newsletters & annual reports

The Annual Report “provides a snapshot of some of the programs, projects and achievements accomplished by the region’s elected officials, economic developers and the GHRPC staff” throughout the year. Everything GHRPC publishes is listed here, and the most recent report is rendered as a page rather than only a download.

The 2024 Annual Report, on a page

This is the pattern GHRPC asked for: the report lives as a web page (readable on a phone, searchable, screen-reader friendly) with the PDF attached to that same page for anyone who needs the original.

Figures GHRPC has published online

A data table on the page, not a spreadsheet to download. Sortable by any column; it stays a real table for screen readers and for print.

Published figures from GHRPC and the North Missouri Solid Waste Management DistrictEach row cites the GHRPC page it came from. No figure here has been estimated or rounded by Clearview.

Illustrative The presentation is the proposal: a sortable HTML table with a caption, row headers and a source column. The live site would pull these rows from a table staff edit in the CMS, or from an uploaded Excel sheet rendered as this same table, so a number is never trapped inside a PDF. For a full worked example, see where every county’s hazard plan stands.

What we did not do

We have not reproduced the body of the 2024 Annual Report. Its contents are not in GHRPC’s public web content, and this is a design concept, not a copy of the document. On the live site the report text would be laid out here in full, with the PDF attached.

The archive

Everything in one place, filterable, and maintained by staff without a developer. Filtering happens in the page, with no reload. Meeting agendas and minutes have their own page.

All 20 documents shown

Years are tagged from the document title or its posting date on ghrpc.org. Where GHRPC lists a document without a date, we have not guessed one.
